Ryan is an accomplished Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in diverse healthcare settings, including critical care, primary care, and advanced practice roles. A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, Ryan holds a Master of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, in addition to earlier degrees in finance and nursing. As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, he has provided compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals across the lifespan, excelling in acute and chronic disease management, minor urgent care, and preventive health education.

In his current role at North Texas Arrhythmia, Ryan is known for his expertise in comprehensive patient assessments, diagnostic acumen, and personalized treatment planning. He is certified as a DOT Medical Examiner and proficient with multiple electronic health records systems, ensuring seamless care delivery.

Previously, Ryan served as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Medical Associates of Plano and as a critical care nurse within the Texas Health Resources system, where they managed high-acuity patients, participated in rapid response and code teams, and mentored new ICU staff.

Beyond clinical practice, Ryan has a strong commitment to professional development and community involvement. A member of the North Texas Nurse Practitioners and the AACN, he has been recognized for their leadership as the former president of the NCTC Student Nurses Association and as a recipient of the Nurse Excellence Award Nomination. He also gives back through volunteer roles, such as coaching youth soccer and participating in the Watch D.O.G.S. program, reflecting hisdedication to improving individual lives and community health.
